Within a darkened room, a place of memory, uncertainty and desire, a curtain momentarily blows open. The glance of light from beyond the window exposes the activity of the room: sculptural forms, shadowed portraits, pages from a book dark and intimate, escaped frames of a lost film, a silent performance of lives. The image is held. The curtain rests closed.
