Returns Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This policy applies to limited edition prints and original works purchased online from the Marc Atkins website. If you have any questions about an artwork before ordering, please email .

1. Your right to cancel

If you purchase an artwork online, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

You may cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the artwork.

To cancel, please email before the cancellation period expires and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to do so. A clear statement by email is sufficient.

2. Returning an artwork

If you cancel after the artwork has been delivered, you must return it within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

Please contact us before returning an artwork so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

The artwork should be returned carefully and securely packaged. Where possible, please use the original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an artwork when cancelling because you have changed your mind.

3. Condition of returned artwork

You may inspect the artwork as you reasonably would if viewing it in person before purchase.

If the value of an artwork has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

4. Refunds

When an order is cancelled in accordance with this policy, we will refund the price paid for the artwork.

Where you paid a delivery charge, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, any additional cost above the standard delivery charge will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the artwork back or you have provided evidence that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and no fee will be charged for making the refund.

5. Damaged, faulty or incorrectly described artwork

If an artwork arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly described goods are separate from the cancellation rights described above. Where a return is required because the artwork is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described, you will not be responsible for reasonable return costs.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

7. Cancellation notification

To cancel an order, please email before the cancellation period expires.

Please include the artwork title or order details, your name and the date of your order.
