‘Aimless’ is a body of work in which Atkins further expounds his ideas on the elegant and desolate in journeys and landscapes. Each image is a pause, a stalled step, a moment of incertitude, an apprehensive hesitation in the capriciousness of place, containing within it the expectation and disquiet of a relentless horizon.
